Reservations and prices

Who books directly through our website boekt, receives free coffee and tea during your stay.
Room rates are per night based on two people, including breakfast, linens, towels, and 9% VAT. (This will increase to 21% from January 1, 2026.)
Tourist tax (€2 per person per night) is in addition.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 10:30 AM. If you arrive directly by boat, you can pick up your key and leave your luggage. Your room will be ready from 1:00 PM.
Check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. Want to enjoy the island afterward? You can safely store your luggage with us and use the common areas.

Because we don't have a permanent reception desk, we appreciate it if you let us know your arrival time in advance. Your confirmation or information pack will tell you how to reach us.

Children and additional beds

– Children up to 3 years: €10 per night (cot in the parents' room).
– From 4 years and adults: €40 per night for an extra bed (only upon consultation, possible in only two standard rooms).
– For single occupancy there is a discount of €14 per night.

During your stay

During Easter, Pentecost, and Ascension weekends, a minimum stay of three nights applies. On other weekends, a minimum stay of two nights applies.
Pets are not allowed in the guesthouse (but are allowed in the Weldring family apartments).

CANCELLATION

You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. Deposits will then be fully refunded.
Within 14 days of arrival, we'll charge the first night's stay per room booked. If we re-rent the room, you'll be refunded the remaining nights. 
In case of cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival or in case of no-show, the full room rent will be charged.
If you leave earlier than planned, no refund is possible.

We try to re-rent the room for every cancellation; if successful, we will partially refund the amount.
Cancellation is only possible by email or WhatsApp (not via voicemail).
