To get to Westerburen you take Line 2 with destination Middenstreek/Centrum Dorp. You can get off on this line at the Middenstreek stop. This stop is 30 meters from our front door.
Op de veerdam wachten de bussen op de aankomst van de boot. Er is dus bij aankomst van de boot altijd een aansluitende bus. De dienstregeling van de bus sluit aan bij die van de veerdienst. Vertrektijden bij halte Middenstreek richting de veerdam zijn 55 minuten voor afvaart van de veerboot. Behalve voor de afvaarten van 7.30 uur, dit is 25 minuten voor afvaart.

There are restaurants that have a delivery or takeaway service. Check the tourist office website to see which restaurants are doing that. If you would like to eat in the guesthouse, this is of course no problem. There are plates and cutlery ready for you to use. You can eat in your room or in our conservatory. We would like to request that you place your waste completely on the designated kabinet in the hallway, so that the regular waste bins are not immediately full.

In addition to the tourist office, you can also do activities through the island's Visitor Center. Schiermonnikoog National Park and Natuurmonumenten provide information here and excursions can be booked, such as the Balgexpress and covered wagon rides.
