The apartments are rented by the Weldring family. They are the former owners of Pension Westerburen (until December 2022). The apartments are located on the first floor in the house of the family itself on the Reddingsweg, which is located on the east edge of the village of Schiermonnikoog. The Reddingsweg is one of the connecting roads of the village with the beach. The house is located in a very quiet location with no through car traffic.
